Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, since items ship directly from our supplier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. If you need delivery outside the US, email us before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Occasional delays can happen with international logistics and customs. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll track it down.

Returns & refunds

Not happy with your feeder? You can return it within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
